Observe Imagine Meditate
Quick Silver
Deep, dark, sultry night,
Moon obscured, sheds no light.
Wash of waves on empty sand,
Silence wraps 'round thoughts in flight.
Scent of salt on gentle breeze,
Calms restless thoughts, sense of peace.
Rustling stem of summer rose,
Thoughts of hope, sprout and grow.
Like the sails, on ships of old,
Clouds above, split and fold.
Sudden, shining, silver light,
Touches Earth, softly bright.
Turns grass on dunes to silver swords,
Tells a story without words.
Rolling rock on pebbled beach,
Silver silence is complete.

Don't just hear; listen. Don't just look; see with the eyes of our heart.
Simple experiences are so much more meaningful when we are emotionally invested.
